A free class for members, where new teachers can hone their skills
Service Description
A class where new teachers can develop their skills and gain confidence. This class will aim to blend classic Pilates exercises with evidence-based movement challenges, enhancing coordination, balance, strength, mobility, and fitness. Feedback is welcomed and encouraged to help new teachers grow and flourish.

If you can’t make a class a minimum of 24 hours notice is required. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, no swap or credit will be given. - It is your responsibility to inform your instructor of any changes in your health and fitness that may impede your ability to exercise safely with minimal risk of injury.
