What is Sports Massage?

It is a deep form of soft tissue mobilisation involving a wide range of techniques. Each treatment is individually tailored and often includes Red Light Therapy (RLT) and specific exercises to enhance treatment.

 

It is recommended that you book at least an hour for your first appointment, to allow time for a full assessment.

For mums to be, Holly also offers pre and post-natal massage. A much gentler set of massage techniques that will:

 

  • Aid relaxation

  • Reduce anxiety

  • Help decrease symptoms of depression

  • Relieve muscle aches and joint pain

  • Aid posture

  • Give mum some 'me' time
