Paula
Aldred

Reformer, Mat & PT

Frustrated with her career in the corporate world Paula decided it was time to make a change. After retraining as a Personal Trainer, Run Coach and an APPI Pilates Instructor, Paula now spends her days helping, inspiring and motivating people to reach their goals and dreams. 'Pilates has always been something that I have been drawn towards, both before and after having my children. I truly believe that as a tool for well-being, Pilates can be of immense benefit to any 'body', whether you are a devoted fitness fanatic or someone just starting out on their journey.'

Becks
Butler

Reformer & Mat

Becks qualified with Michael King of the Pilates Institute 12 years ago, marking the start of her Pilates journey. She continues to be passionate about the benefits and her thirst for furthering her knowledge has continued ever since. After her initial training, she went on to qualify in Reformer, Cadillac and Stability Chair with Body Control, over 8 years ago. Passionate about teaching both Reformer and Matwork, Becks enjoys building a rapport with her clients and seeing them achieve their individual goals.

Christine

Spinks 

Reformer & Mat

Christine has taught group fitness classes for over 20 years alongside a career in the NHS as a Biomedical Scientist in the Pathology Departments at local hospitals. She is also on the committee of the local Medical Lecture Society. Christine has recently left the NHS to exclusively teach Contemporary Pilates. A fun, functional, non-competitive movement class with its roots in the 34 Classical Pilates moves but based on current science. 'I believe Pilates is suitable for ‘Every Body’. I teach Pilates for real people and include options and modifications to account for different body shapes, fitness levels, injuries and goals.'

Monika Alexander

Reformer & Mat

Monika holds her Mat Pilates qualification with BASI Pilates UK and is also trained and certified to teach pre and postnatal clients. She has recently completed her Reformer training with Pilates training solutions which provides a clinical approach to Pilates. ‘My Pilates journey started as a result of repetitive injuries from high impact exercise. Pilates is the perfect cross-training option for any athlete, combining strengthening and conditioning of the body with improvement of joint flexibility and range of movement.'

Holly
Kemp

Reformer & Mat

Holly enjoys an active, outdoors lifestyle and has always been interested in helping others. This, combined with her love of sport and extensive experience in competitive horse-riding, has led Holly to develop an interest in both injury prevention and rehabilitation. The combination of her experience in both Sports Massage and Pilates gives her the ability to tailor the classes carefully around your specific needs. She takes an holistic approach to looking at injury and rehabilitation and her depth of knowledge creates a unique aspect to her classes. Holly is currently undertaking a year long diploma course in clinical Pilates ensuring clients experience the very best care and clinical knowledge.

Ali Merrett

Counsellor, End of Life Practitioner

My qualifications in counselling, end of life doula, life coaching and celebrant are secondary to my journey through life and love of personal development. Alongside working in a male prison, mental health setting and a children’s hospice which has given me massive life experience and professional development. I have myself experienced counselling, groupwork and met many great teachers, mentors and wise beings.

Christy Roxburgh

Christy Hypnotherapy

Christy offers wellbeing therapy using a variety of techniques including Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Freedom Technique ("tapping") and Sports Psychology to help clients overcome the fears, anxiety or stress which may be holding them back in life. As a hypnotherapist Christy is determined to help people like yourself to say goodbye to your problems for good, whether that be in your sporting, business or personal life.

Glenda Charlick

Glenda has 15 years plus experience in sports and remedial deep tissue massage therapies. Other accreditation's include, Indian head massage, Jing neck / shoulders and Pregnancy massage. Glenda started out with setting up a treatment room at the veterinary practice where she currently works as an auxiliary. Working hard alongside her fellow Veterinarians and Nurses, she is very much aware of the demands that every day life can have on the lower/upper back, neck and shoulders.

Tara Green

Sports Massage Therapist

Tara combines her work as a level 4 Sports massage therapist alongside working for the South Coast Ambulance Service.

Tara has a passion for running and has trained for many races, giving her the advantage of insight into what it takes to prepare the body to perform at it's best, as well as the importance of recovery in avoiding injury.

Active Perfomance Therapy

Lucinda is a physiotherapist who specialises in Musculoskeletal injuries, Women’s Health and Pre & Post-natal rehabilitation. With a professional history working with elite sports teams, professional athletes, performers, military personnel and the general public Lucinda has a vast amount of experience when it comes to treating musculoskeletal injuries. She also has a passion for treating Pre and Post-natal women offering Mummy MOT assessment and rehabilitation to help mothers return to all aspects of their life following having a baby.
