Service Description

Take a break from your workday and get your blood pumping with HKôre's Workday Refresher! This 30 minute lunchtime class is a quick blast of exercise that will help release tension, increase productivity, and leave you feeling energized and ready to take on the rest of your day. Suitable for all fitness levels, this time saving class is the perfect way to take a break from work and refresh your mind and body.

If you can’t make a class a minimum of 24 hours notice is required. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, no swap or credit will be given. Reformer 6 packs are valid for 6 weeks and 12 packs are valid for 12 weeks from the start date selected. Other pack duration's may vary depending on what you choose, please double check before purchasing. This means if you go on holiday you may need to book multiple classes in a week in order to make the most of your pack. Any classes not used within this period cannot be carried over. It’s up to you to plan ahead and book your classes in good time. HKôre Studios is closed Sundays from 9.30am and Bank holidays It is your responsibility to inform your instructor of any changes in your health and fitness that may impede your ability to exercise safely with minimal risk of injury.
